Pulte builds ranch-style homes at Wyeth Ranch

Pulte Homes offers five ranch-style designs at its gated Wyeth Ranch neighborhood in the northwestern valley.

Three- and four-bedroom floor plans are priced from $340,990 to $409,990, and come with three- and four-car garages.

The 2,616 square-foot plan has three bedrooms and a den. Features include a master suite with a walk-in closet, a dining room that opens to a second patio, island kitchen, and great room with a fireplace and media niche.

The only plan not modeled measures 3,005 square feet. The home features family, living and formal dining rooms, a kitchen with a bar that overlooks the family room, and a master suite with walk-in closet. Options include a four-car garage and sitting room.

The 3,591-square-foot plan has a formal living room, a courtyard and covered patio.

Measuring 3,816 square feet, the largest design features a covered entry, master-bedroom retreat, island kitchen, and optional fifth bedroom.

All homes include upgraded cabinets and counter tops in the kitchens; upgraded flooring; spa tubs and separate showers; and wiring for high-speed Internet access, audio and security systems.

Homes feature the builder's Platinum Plus Series Environments for Living building technology that includes 2X6 exterior framing, which allows for additional insulation that helps reduce energy costs.

They also are built according to the builder's Performance for Life guidelines, which focus on all aspects of construction, customer service and warranty terms.

Neighborhood amenities include a 2-acre park with basketball courts and a gazebo.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Centennial Parkway exit and turn right. Proceed to Tenaya Way, turn left and follow the signs to Elkhorn Road.

The sales office is open from noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
