Toll Bros. releases homes at Toscana neighborhood
Toll Bros. recently released a new phase of home sites at Toscana, a luxury-home neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas. "We've released an additional 16 half-acre and larger home sites to keep pace with home buyer demand," company executive Gary Mayo said. There are four floor plans: the Villa D'Este, Portofino, Sorrento and Milano. The one- and two-story homes feature Mediterranean-style archi- tecture. The Villa D'Este features an entry courtyard, family room, great room and as many as five bedrooms. It is priced from $381,975. Offering as many as six bedrooms, the two-story Portofino features a bonus room upstairs with various configurations. A casita is also available. It is priced from $399,975. The Sorrento features formal dining and living rooms, a family room and as many as five bedrooms. An additional two-car garage or casita is optional for the plan priced from $409,975. The Milano has a courtyard entry, family room and as as many as six bedrooms. A deck is optional. This home is priced from $441,975. Each home includes a side-entry three- or four-car garage, and master baths with 6-foot spa tubs. Three exterior designs are available for each plan. Models for the four floor plans are under construction. Planned neighborhood amenities include a 2-acre park with a gazebo, tennis court and playground. The neighborhood is located at the corner of Farm Road and Tenaya Way. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Toll Bros. operates more than 170 active subdivisions in 22 states.
