Del Webb opens sales center at Aliante

Sun City Aliante, an age-qualified community within the Aliante master plan in North Las Vegas, recently opened its on-site sales center.

"We are excited to be able to welcome prospective home buyers to our permanent sales facility at Aliante," sales manager Lorraine Roberts said.

Homes in the community range from 1,155 to 2,105 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$140,000s to more than $230,000.

Planned amenities include a public golf course and a recreation center, which is under construction.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway East, turn right at Frontage Road, and go to Interstate 215. Head east to Simmons Street, then go north. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Aliante is a 1,905-acre master-planned community being developed by North Valley Enterprises, an affiliate of American Nevada Company and Del Webb.

Outside of the age-qualified portion, several builders are active at Aliante.

D.R. Horton started presales at two gated neighborhoods: Manor and Estates. Both feature single-story homes ranging from 1,950 to 3,350 square feet and priced from the $190,000s to the $270,000s. A subdivision of attached homes, The Courts, is scheduled to begin presales later this month.

A sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 1 p.m.

KB Home is preselling three neighborhoods.

San Destin Ravello homes range from 1,231 to 1,947 square feet and are priced from the $140,000s to the $160,000s. Homes in San Destin Tivoli range from 1,717 to 3,000 square feet and are priced from the $170,000s to the $200,000s. San Destin Palazzo homes range from 2,022 to 3,803 square feet and are priced from the $200,000s to the $250,000s. KB Home's sales center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Pulte is developing two neighborhoods: Vialetto and Serenata. Homes range from 1,640 to 2,665 square feet and are priced from the $190,000s to the $250,000s.

Pulte's sales center is open from noon to 5 p.m. Monday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

To visit any of the developments, take Interstate 215 to the Simmons Street exit and proceed south.

Pardee Homes is building Seasons, a gated neighborhood with homes ranging from 2,500 to 3,600 square feet and priced from $213,000 to $252,000. A grand opening is planned for late spring.

About 22 percent of the community is designated for recreational and public purposes, such as parks, trails, schools and a fire station.
