Pardee Homes readies for Vista Verde debut
Pardee Homes is compiling an interest list for the new Vista Verde community to be built in the Centennial Hills area in northwest Las Vegas. Scheduled to open in late April, the first houses in the 900-home community will be in the Aliso and Ventana neighborhoods, sales executive Rob Tuvell said. Information is available at the builder's Eldorado Highlands sales center in North Las Vegas. "There has already been a lot of interest in Vista Verde, which will be the first Pardee community in the city of Las Vegas since our last neighborhood in Summerlin a few years ago," Tuvell said. "The city has done a wonderful job in planning Centennial Hills, and Pardee is proud to be a part of this new residential area." Aliso will feature four one- and two-story designs offering as many as five bedrooms and three baths in homes measuring as large as 2,566 square feet. Features will include great rooms, island kitchens, and optional lofts and master-suite retreats. One- and two-story homes with four to six bedrooms will be featured at Ventana. Designs, measuring as large as 4,032 square feet, will offer game rooms, workshops and wet bars. "Like every other new Pardee neighborhood, Aliso and Ventana will feature Energy Star homes designed to exceed national energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent. Vista Verde will also showcase other ... earth-friendly features," Tuvell said. To visit Eldorado Highlands, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the community's entrance. It is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m. Pardee has built more than 25,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
