Del Webb plans age-qualified Solera

Del Webb Corp. recently announced Solera at Anthem, a new age-qualified development that will be built within the Anthem master-planned community in Henderson. The community is already home to Sun City Anthem.

"The initial response to this new community has been extremely positive," sales manager Wayne Wermuth said. "Solera at Anthem is a new concept for Del Webb. The home-buying process at Solera was created to be streamlined and convenient for the home buyer."

Wermuth said introductory prices will appeal to those considering the community's investment potential.

Planned resident amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, activity clubs, billiard tables, tennis courts, computer and craft rooms, and bocce courts.

Across the valley, Del Webb is developing Sun City Aliante, an age-qualified community in North Las Vegas.
