Borgata, a condominium complex in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, features a Mediterranean-style design.
Four floor plans are available, priced from the mid-$100,000s. The Ambrose is a one-bedroom, one-bath plan in 717 square feet; Callisto offers two bedrooms and two baths in 947 square feet; Geneva offers the same in 994 square feet; and Marcellus measures 1,170 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths.

The interiors of all of the homes include crown molding in the living and dining areas, 4-inch baseboards and window blinds. Tile flooring is available in select plans.
