Pardee Homes' Nevada Trails offers award-winning models

Community features courtyard fireplaces, casitas, balconies

Pardee Homes is offering 12 upgraded model homes for sale in the Nevada Trails community in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the company.

"These models are show-stoppers," Landry said. "And with so many upgrades and custom details included, they are well-priced, from approximately $367,950 to $789,350."

The homes are appointed with additional features such as indoor and courtyard fireplaces, wet bars, upgraded appliances, flooring, cabinetry and shutters, as well as professional landscaping. Some models include casitas and master suite balconies.

Plan Four and Plan Three at Palo Verde have garnered awards in new home design competitions.

Plan Four was named the Best Single-Family Home in the 3,701 to 4,500 square feet category in the most recent Homer Awards.

Plan Three was awarded Best Master Bath.

With up to four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, Palo Verde's courtyard design includes 2,817 to 4,330 square feet and is priced from $618,750 to $789,350.

Also offering up to four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, Acacia homes feature courtyard entries in four one- and two-story floor plans in 1,990 to 3,314 square feet. The homes are priced from $468,950 to $599,950.

Featuring three great-room floor plans, Mesquite's one- and two-story models have up to four bedrooms and three baths in 1,535 to 2,435 square feet. The homes are priced from $367,950 to $480,950.

"With 23 acres of parks and trails outdoors and many environmentally attractive features indoors, families get the best of both worlds with a Nevada Trails address," Landry said. "Our buyers are also attracted to the great southwestern location of Nevada Trails, as well as to the award-winning home designs."

The community is located one mile south of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, on Rainbow Boulevard at Robindale Road.

The adjacent 10-acre Nevada Trails Park, near the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Warm Springs Road, was developed by Pardee in cooperation with the Clark County Parks and Recreation Department.

The park includes basketball and tennis courts, tot lot, playing fields, exercise track and picnic pavilion. It is connected to the community's trail system that is landscaped with native and drought-resistant trees and plants.

To visit, take I-215 to Rainbow, drive one mile south to Robindale and turn right into the model park.

The builder's sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at 11 a.m. For more information, call 407-0159 or visit pardeehomes.com.

The builder has constructed homes for more than 35,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952, and has developed several master-planned communities, including Spring Valley, Rancho Las Palmas, Eldorado and Nevada Trails.
