Rosemont joins lineup at The Gardens

Toll Bros. recently announced the opening of its newest neighborhood, Rosemont, located in The Gardens, a new village in Summerlin.

"The unique, garden-themed design of this community is already attracting home buyers," sales manager Gail Ferris said. "Homes in this gated community include garden rooms, private courtyards, and flexible option packages that allow buyers to personalize their dream home. There's even a private community park right within The Gardens village in Summerlin."

The neighborhood will feature 95 homes with floor plans ranging from 2,650 to 3,605 square feet. Home buyers can choose from one single-story and three two-story designs.

Prices start in the low $300,000s.

Four models -- Avignon, Giardino, Montebello and Westover -- are under construction.

The two-story Avignon features a front courtyard, which is only accessible from inside the home. The floor plan allows for a guest suite, bonus room, courtyard fireplace and a fourth bedroom as options.

The single-story Giardino features a courtyard entry, foyer, great room, kitchen and garden room. Options include a home office, fourth bedroom and courtyard fireplace.

Montebello, a two-story model, features an entry courtyard, foyer, island kitchen and den. The home also features a retreat in the main bedroom, and can offer as many as five bedrooms.

The Westover, a two-story home, features a garden courtyard, see-through fireplace in the living room, garden room, butler's pantry, 3 1/2 baths and as many as five bedrooms. A bonus room is optional.

The sales center is open Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Tuesday and Wednesday by appointment only.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue to Town Center Drive and go south to Garden Park Drive, just past Desert Inn Road. Turn left on Garden Park Drive, proceed to Iris Lane and turn left.

The builder's other neighborhoods in Las Vegas include Woodlands, Heritage Glen and Wood Glen, all located within Summerlin; Buckingham, a neighborhood in the nearby Queensridge community; and Stonehaven at MacDonald Highlands in Henderson.
