The Estates at Seven Hills reports sales figures

Jack Christie, vice president of sales for The Estates at Seven Hills, reports accelerated sales activity since the recent release of 36 custom-home sites in the Terracina neighborhood.

The community's new release features some home sites priced at $1 million, as well as some that measure more than an acre in size. They start at one-quarter acre.

"The views from some of these lots are breathtaking, including some with 180-degree, rear-yard views of the Rio Secco golf course, two golf course lakes, the city lights and the surrounding mountains," Christie said.

Lots are also available at the Venezia neighborhood, and measure from one-third acre to three-quarters of an acre.

Developed by Silver Canyon Partnership, the 260-home community offers home sites priced from the $190,000s.

Terracina and Venezia both feature neighborhood parks, each with tennis courts and other recreational amenities.

More than one-third of the community's 1,300 acres has been allocated for open areas and parks with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, and play areas.

To visit the sales pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
