Exec: Seven Hills offers `affordable' homes
The Seven Hills community, where home values can climb as high as $3 million, offers a selection of homes priced from the $130,000s, according to marketing executive Samantha Bonham. "Today, more than ever, Seven Hills offers home styles and prices that can suit the needs of a range of lifestyles and budgets," Bonham said. "From affordable to opulent, there is something for just about any home buyer who appreciates living in a community that has a comprehensive master plan and offers social and recreational opportunities for residents of all ages." Developed by Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills features the following neighborhoods: Renaissance, Riviera, Crescendo and Presidio by Pardee Homes; Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home; Meridiana by Trident Homes; the Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes is planned. Homes are priced from the $130,000s to about $330,000. Custom-home sites are priced from about $180,000 to more than $1 million. Italian Renaissance and Spanish eclectic themes are featured. Classical elements include columns, arches, fountains, balconies, arched windows, capstones and gabled roof lines. More than one-third of the 1,300-acre community has been allocated for open areas; trails; and parks with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, and playgrounds. There are four city parks within the community. The information pavilion is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is off of St. Rose Parkway, about half a mile west of Eastern Avenue.
