Single-story plans impress at Avellino

Rhodes Homes' Avellino Residence 2663 provides plenty of space in a single-story layout, according to the builder.

The floor plan is featured in the Tuscany Residential Village community in Henderson.

"Buyers have found that Residence 2663 meets both the needs of families and people who are looking to make lifestyle changes by moving into a single-story home," sales agent Susan Ovist said.

Two of the home's three bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home from the master suite.

Ovist pointed out that the design works well for visitors.

Buyers also take note of the home's separate dining room, which has doors opening to the patio, Ovist added.

"The doors in the dining room bring yet another example of Italian countryside living that was used as an inspiration for the community," she said.

"The double doors open to a patio that some buyers plan on using for ponds and other water features that lend a feeling of tranquility to their homes."

Residence 2663 features three bedrooms, two baths, a den, library, powder room, covered patio, courtyard and a three-car split garage. Prices start at $597,825.

Avellino features six total designs, and more than half of the neighborhood's home sites align the community's public golf course.

Six model home complexes with a combined 22 residences and 30 floor plans are open at the Montebello, La Piazza, La Luna, and Avellino neighborhoods.

Homes in the Terrazzo and Arezzo subdivisions are also available. Floor plans include single-story homes and three-story homes with lofts. Prices start at $367,325.

Tuscany Residential Village will comprise 2,000 homes in 18 neighborhoods surrounding the golf course.

A recreation center is slated for completion this year, according to the builder.

To reach Tuscany, take Lake Mead Parkway east, past Boulder Highway, to Mohawk Drive and turn left.

The sales offices and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
