Pardee garners repeat buyers

Couple previously owned home in builder's Renaissance neighborhood

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Richard and Marcy Davis purchased a home overlooking a golf course several years ago at Pardee Homes' Renaissance neighborhood in Seven Hills, a community in Henderson.

"We loved it there, but eventually sold it and moved into a custom home," Marcy Davis said. "Then we decided to build a custom home at Lake Las Vegas, and wanted something with a golf course membership. When we found out that Pardee was building on a golf course at Lake Las Vegas, we got there as fast as we could."

Their destination was the builder's Bella Fiore neighborhood inside the resort in Henderson.

Although they were No. 93 on the interest list, the Davises were able to secure the home they wanted -- a Plan One home with golf course frontage. The couple's 2,822-square-foot single-story residence overlooks The Falls golf course, near the entrance to Lake Las Vegas Resort. It has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage.

"We couldn't be happier," Davis said. "Pardee is a wonderful builder and everyone we have been working with has been just great, from the sales representatives to the design center staff. There is a lot going on, but they have taken the time and they have the talent to help us make the right decisions for our new home."

Ray Landry, sales director, said the location is impressive.

"Bella Fiore is surrounded by the golf course, scenic mountains and even has views of the Strip," he said. "Bella Fiore's five floor plans blend with the overall Lake Las Vegas community with its Mediterranean- and Tuscan-design influences."

In its base configuration, Plan Two is a single-story layout with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a split three-car garage. Plan Two X adds a second floor with a casita and tech room. Plan Two has 2,836 square feet of living space, while Plan Two X measures 3,214 square feet.

Plan Three is a two-story residence with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a library and bonus room in 3,959 square feet. A three-car tandem garage is standard.

The two-story Plan Four measures 4,376 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It comes with a split three-car garage.

Various elements include courtyards with optional fireplaces, home offices and optional casitas.

The gated neighborhood will comprise 157 residences on lots that average about 7,000 square feet. Homes are priced from $730,450 to $840,450.

All residences have earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label for exceeding national standards by at least 30 percent.

Lake Las Vegas is a luxury residential and resort destination developed around a privately owned 320-acre lake. The 3,592-acre community features a variety of residential offerings, world-class resorts, three golf courses, casinos, full-service marinas, water's edge restaurants, cafés and boutiques.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to the freeway's end at Lake Mead Parkway. Continue east to Lake Las Vegas Parkway, turn left and follow the signs.

The model park is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
