The recent debut of The Boulders at Lone Mountain proved popular with home shoppers at the condominium development in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley, according to Sheryl Creswell, regional sales manager.
"There was a constant stream of traffic during our grand opening weekend," Creswell said.

"People were waiting in the parking lot before the sales office officially opened. We knew interest would be strong, but the reaction has been overwhelming. All of our buyers are excited when they see the complete package they'll receive with their condominium purchase."
Seven floor plans are available at the gated complex. The units range from 724 to 1,385 square feet with one to three bedrooms and one or two baths. Prices start from the mid-$100,000s.
All homes include upgraded maple cabinets, walk-in closets, granite counter tops and two-tone neutral paint. Kitchen appliances, plus a washer and dryer, are also included. Select units come with built-in computer desks, pantries and window seats. Garages and storage units are optional.
"The little details make The Boulders so appealing," Creswell said. "Buyers really appreciate the comforts and conveniences we're offering. This community is not only beautiful, it's functional."
The clubhouse features a pool table, lounge, kitchen, and private screening room with theater seating. Other amenities include three swimming pools and a fitness center.
To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to the Cheyenne Avenue exit, head east to Hualapai Way and turn left. Or, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne, go west to Hualapai then head north. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
