Eleven homes remain at Christopher's Palisades

Christopher Homes' Palisades neighborhood is in its final phase with 11 out of its 131 homes available, according to sales agent Jacquie DuToit.

The guard-gated neighborhood is being constructed along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons, a golf course within Summerlin's The Canyons village.

Five single- and two-story floor plans range from 3,758 to 6,200 square feet. The lots measure from about one-quarter acre to one-half acre, including several with golf course, city and mountain views. Immediate occupancy is available.

One of the homes ready for move-in is a van Gogh design on an 18,000-square-foot lot. The home measures 4,600 square feet and has golf course and city views. It also features granite kitchen counter tops, cherry wood cabinetry and French doors.

"The huge master suite in this home has an adjoining exercise room with a private stairway leading to the front courtyard, which is complete with an outdoor fireplace. Two oversized secondary bedrooms have their own private baths, and there is also a spacious home office or den.," DuToit said.

Home prices start from the $600,000s.

DuToit said buyers who select a home site and floor plan before construction can consider hundreds of design options, such as elevators, courtyard fireplaces, wine cellars, casitas, secondary suites, extra bedrooms and baths, bonus rooms, libraries and wet bars.

Each buyer also receives free consultation with an architectural designer and interior designer.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south to Hualapai Way and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
