Red Hills down to final homes

Only a few homes remain at the Red Hills condominium complex in Summerlin, and all are available for move-in, according to sales agent Dave Baylen. The guard-gated complex built by TSG Inc. is situated in The Pueblo village.

Floor plans range from 1,217 to 1,591 square feet with as many as three bedrooms and two baths. Each home has a direct-access garage. Prices start from the $120,000s.

"Those familiar with this area will know that Red Hills is unique in Summerlin, considering the spacious feel of the homes, the incomparable on-site amenities and the ... pricing," Baylen said.

Each home includes an appliance package with a built-in microwave, refrigerator, full-size washer and dryer, and window coverings.

Interiors also feature nine-foot ceilings, granite-hearth fireplaces, granite kitchen counter tops, cultured-marble tubs and vanities, and ceramic-tile flooring in select areas.

The complex is highlighted by paver-stone streets, a swimming pool and spa with shade structures, Spanish-tile sunbathing deck, clubhouse, fitness center and saunas.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Rampart Drive, go north to Vegas Drive, turn right and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
