Seven Hills showcases custom-home sites

The Seven Hills community in Henderson offers a wide selection of custom-home sites designed for elegant homes, according to Silver Canyon Partnership, which oversees the community's development. The lots measure up to about 1 acre and are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Several are located in neighborhoods that align the fairways of a nearby golf course and offer views of the course. Each custom neighborhood is guard gated, and privately-gated home sites are also available.

More than 200 custom-home sites have been sold in the community, and more than 120 custom homes are complete, under construction or in the architectural review process.

In addition to the guard-gated entrances, the custom neighborhoods feature landscaped open space, a view park, and a 2-acre park with a playground and tennis and basketball courts.

Information can be obtained at the sales and information pavilion. To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
