Richmond American introduces Encore series

Richmond American Homes has introduced the company's Encore collection at its new Encore at Palatine Hill neighborhood, which is located within the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

Sales agent Sylvia Zorsch said 46 two-story homes are planned in the gated neighborhood, where prices begin in the low $200,000s. Four designs are available, ranging from 1,985 to 3,279 square feet with as many as six bedrooms.

Design options are available that can increase the home's size by as much as 500 feet. Two-story models offer a third-story option and one of the plans is available with an optional exterior studio.

"Encore at Palatine Hill offers a selection of elegant, yet sensibly-priced, family-style homes that are far above the ordinary," Zorsch said. "We have several magnificent home sites available and, best of all, we are still offering early-phase pricing."

A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, plans for the 1,300-acre Seven Hills community include more than 3,000 homes, including about 300 custom homes; 25 neighborhoods; landscaped open space; miles of trails and walkways, and several city and neighborhood parks.

Dozens of model homes and more than 45 floor plans are offered, priced from the $140,000s to about $350,000. Custom-home sites are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Other neighborhoods open for sales are Renaissance and Crescendo by Pardee Homes, Naples by Kimball Hill Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Meridiana by Trident Homes, and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes. Custom lots are available in Silver Canyon Partnership's Venezia and Terracina neighborhoods, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.

To visit the community's sales pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
