Lennar's Diamond Creek is an Everything's Included and Energy Star neighborhood in Mountain's Edge, a master-planned community in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley.

This neighborhood includes four single-family home designs -- Baguette, Emerald, Princess and Marquise. The two-story plans offer 1,384 to 1,872 square feet. Prices start at $300,000s.

The 1,384-square-foot Baguette includes three bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. The first floor features a great room, a U shaped kitchen with pantry, laundry room, bedroom and full bath. The second-story includes the master bedroom and bath, along with a secondary bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and bath.

The Emerald includes three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,627 square feet. The lower floor of this split-level home offers a tech area with built-in desk. The area opens onto a covered patio.
