In addition to amenities such as Smart Home technology and residential valet, the 45-story high-rise development Turnberry Towers will offer residents dual 3,800-square-foot lagoon pools, with each tower offering a pool area with sandy beach entry, heated spa, shallow wet deck area and waterfalls flowing over grotto seating. The waterfalls will drop 15 feet into the pool.
The first pool will be completed along with completion of the 45-story East Tower in June of this year.

"The trend right now is a movement away from sterile, rectangular shaped pools to more comfortable resort-style pools," said Chris Attanasio of Attanasio Landscape Architecture Attanasio. The company has been working with the high-rise developer for more than seven years. "The pools at Turnberry Towers will be resort-style with free-form shapes and casual benches around the entire pool. The lagoon pools will have three entry points and a shallow wet deck area with about six inches of water. The wet deck area is ideal for sun bathing or relaxing in one of the fabric-sling chaises."
Additionally, each tower will feature a pool house with bar and barbecue area with shaded tables. Towers will feature a putting green with putting surface, fringe.
"Our pools at Turnberry Towers will be a departure from our more traditional pool at Turnberry Place," said John Riordan, senior vice president of sales. "Our demographic is slightly younger here so our amenities and activities will reflect that."
The development's two 45-story towers are under construction on the corner of Paradise Road and Karen Avenue.
The West Tower is set for completion in spring 2008.
