Falls emits resort theme
Jacque Jansen, a sales agent at The Falls condominium development, believes the amenities at the Rhodes Homes project are comparable to those found at a resort. "The Falls is the new five-star standard for condominium communities in Las Vegas," Jansen said. "The amenities available to our homeowners will rival any Strip resort." Central to the development is a 10,000-square-foot recreation center with an exercise room, computer center, fax/copy center, conference room, kitchen and children's area. Among its amenities are a big-screen television, pool table and table tennis facilities. Outside, the community features extensive landscaping, three pool areas, cabanas, and volleyball and basketball courts. Four upper- and lower-level models are available. The Angel Falls model features one bedroom and one bath in 842 to 887 square feet. It is priced in the mid-$90,000s. The Hidden Falls model measures 891 to 936 square feet and comes with two bedrooms and two baths. It is priced in the high $90,000s. With dual master suites, the Rainbow Falls home measures 941 to 973 square feet. It is priced in the low $100,000s. The Sunset Falls model comes with three bedrooms, or two bedrooms and a den, plus two baths. It measures 1,186 to 1,232 square feet, and is priced in the low $120,000s. Incentives are available for a limited time on upstairs units. To visit, take Interstate 215 west to Durango Drive, go south Warm Springs Road and turn west. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
