Seven Hills' custom lots near closeout

Custom-home site sales are winding down at Seven Hills in Henderson, according to Beth Naef, executive sales manager.

"People looking for the perfect location for their future dream home will find great values on an excellent selection of home sites," Naef said.

"With the completion of our last 20 home sites, we are offering wonderful (views of an adjacent) golf course, as well as spectacular city and mountain vistas -- all set within the quiet, natural desert landscape."

Home sites as large as an acre are available. Prices start from the low $200,000s to $1 million.

All custom-home neighborhoods are guard-gated, and variously feature a view park, 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

More than 200 custom lots have been sold, and more than 150 homes are in various stages of development.

The community features four city parks, which offer among them basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, ball fields and playgrounds.

To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
