-- LM Construction Co. has been awarded two contracts. One is a construction contract for Buildings B, C, D and E at the expanding Pearl Court Industrial Center at the southeast corner Post Road and Pearl Court, near McCarran International Airport. The buildings range from 12,150 to 20,000 square feet and are scheduled for occupancy in July. The contract was for $2.1 million. The other is for a remodeling project for US Oncology, located at 3730 Eastern Ave., for $150,000. -- SR Construction was awarded a $1.5 million contract for a parking structure at Summerlin Hospital, located at 653 Town Center Drive. Completion is expected in early June. -- Geotechnical & Environmental Services has been awarded the environmental assessment, geotechnical investigation, soils observation and testing contract for Pulte Homes' Hillstone community in The Vistas village in Summerlin. The project cost is $15.6 million. -- Merrill Lynch real estate analysts attending the recent National Association of Home Builders convention in Las Vegas were given a tour of US Home's Aberdeen neighobrhood in Southern Highlands. The builder's Las Vegas Division President Mike DeSilva was the host. -- Frank DeAngelo of Century 21 Aadvantage Gold represented Frank Drangowski in his five-year lease of 2,500 square feet at 4730 S. Fort Apache Road from Fort Apache Office Partners, represented by Judi Woodyard of Commercial Associates, for $374,338. DeAngelo also represented Mike Most in his purchase of 23,086 square feet in the Conquistador Plaza Business Park, located at 9000 W.
