Performance begins condo sales

Representatives of Performance Marketing have announced that sales have begun at two new condominium developments, Bella Vita and Symphony.

Located at Flamingo Road and Decatur Boulevard, the Bella Vita complex has units offering one to three bedrooms and ranging from 720 to 1,198 square feet. Prices start at $93,000.

The guard-gated development features tropical landscaping, six pools and a spa, a tennis court, health club, and billiard and exercise rooms.

Symphony is located on Durango Drive, just north of Sahara Avenue.

Offering one to three bedrooms, the condominiums measure from 720 to 1,253 square feet and are priced from $94,000.

The complex features a clubhouse with a swimming pool, sauna, health club and billiard room.
