-- Rocky Cochran has been promoted to vice president of construction operations for Pardee Homes of Nevada. He was previously an area construction manager.

-- Plise Development Cos. appointed John P. Lloyd as chief financial officer. Previously, Lloyd served as president of Cornerstone Realty Advisors in Spokane, Wash.

-- Frank DeAngelo of Century 21 Aadvantage represented JAZ Enterprises, dba L.A. Weight Loss, in its five-year lease of 1,200 square feet at 7566 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 2, Building A, from Lake Mead and Buffalo Partnership, represented by Sandy Ray of Signature Properties, for $125,403.

-- Lisa Anderson of MDL Group represented Tec-Power.com in its three-year lease of 12,780 square feet at 3400 S. Jones Blvd. from Callister/Allbright for $341,226.

-- Heritage Realty's Gina Silvagni Perry represented Russell Apache in the purchase of 43,475 square feet at the southeast corner of Fort Apache Road and Patrick Lane from Apache Patrick for $782,784.

-- Ross Burnett of Business Properties Group negotiated an 84-month lease for 17,014 square feet in the Stephanie Promenade at 225 N. Stephanie St. to Zinaz, represented by David Grant of Colliers International, for $2 million.

-- The Industrial Property Group's Dean Willmore and Jeff Barton represented Investment Equity Builders in its purchase of a 6.57-acre industrial site on the northeast corner of Post Road and McLeod Drive from Manuel and Arlene Gonzalez, Michael and Colleen Martinez, and the Hinson Street Partners for $2.24 million. In another transaction, Barton represented Carranza Operating Co. in its five-year lease of 1,000 square feet at 3869 W. Spring Mountain Road from Harsch Investments for $121,044. In another transaction, Bill Walsh represented Southern Desert Pharmacy in its 77-month lease of 5,000 square feet at 4544 W. Russell Road from RMS for $338,847.

-- Commercial Associates' Judi A. Woodyard represented Park One in its 60-month lease of 3,240 square feet in St. Rose Professional Park at 2843 St. Rose Parkway to HRPV for $423,159.

-- American Nevada Co.'s Charles Van Geel represented the company in its 12-year lease of 49,902 square feet in Green Valley Corporate Center South at 2495 Village View Drive to the International Academy of Design & Technology for $14.23 million. Van Geel also represented American Nevada Co. in the five-year lease of 9,945 square feet at 2550 Paseo Verde Parkway, in Green Valley Corporate Center South, to the Nevada Department of Taxation for $1.17 million. Van Geel again represented the company in the 61-month lease of 15,582 square feet at 2490 Paseo Verde Parkway to Richmond American Homes of Nevada for $1.39 million. Richard Green represented American Nevada Co. in the three-year lease of 825 square feet at 2738 N. Green Valley Parkway, in Green Valley Plaza, to TaxAccountantPros, represented by John Bonner of Quasar Management Corp., for $50,489.

-- Gabe Telles of Harsch Investment Properties represented the company in its three-year lease of 8,060 square feet in Speedway Commerce Center at 6775 Speedway Blvd., Suite M803, to Structure USA, dba Frattura, for $117,000. In another transaction, Brooklyn Hirschi represented Harsch in its five-year lease of 51,022 square feet in The Spectrum of Las Vegas I at 40 N. Mojave Ave. to Distinctive Marble for $1.09 million.

-- Curtis Sanders of NAI Horizon represented Healthy Body Heat Therapy in its three-year lease of 2,750 square feet in West Craig Plaza at 4444 W. Craig Road, Suite 100, from West Craig Plaza, represented by Rubert Lujan of Equus Management, for $124,475.

-- Michael Kammerling of Grubb & Ellis represented Front Range Assisted Living in its sale of 312,325 square feet at 310 Annabelle Lane in Henderson to Annabelle Pines Limited Partnership, represented by Carl Unger of Terra West Realty, for $1.6 million.

-- Charles W. Witters and David Flynn of Lee and Associates represented both parties in NTC I's 60-month lease of 4,589 square feet at 7180 Pollock Drive to Full Spectrum Lending for $457,339. In another transaction, Witters and Flynn represented the Juliet Office Building in its 48-month lease of 3,573 square feet at 8375 W. Flamingo Road to Diversified Mortgage Group, represented by Darren Lemmon of CB Richard Ellis, for $287,627. Witters and Flynn represented Longford Plaza in its 63-month lease of 4,406 square feet at 3183 E. Warm Springs Road to Farmers Insurance, represented by Bruce Follmer of Cornerstone Co., for $498,072.
