Pulte program aims to please

Pulte Homes' new Silverstone Ranch community in northwest Las Vegas demonstrates its commitment to customer satisfaction and quality, energy-efficient homes construction through its Seven-Step Customer Care program, an inspection and orientation program, according to a company executive.

"This (program) allows home buyers to be involved right from the beginning. This gives us valuable feedback every step of the way, and lets us identify issues to be able to make adjustments as we go," Nat Hodgson, director of construction, said.

The program also keeps construction on schedule.

"Being able to deliver a home on schedule becomes a major priority for the Pulte team, because we know that keeping our promise builds trust and keeps home buyers satisfied," he said.

The homes are Energy Star certified, meaning they are at least 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes, and come with the builder's Performance for Life two-year heating and cooling cost guarantee.

Several series of homes will be available.

Models for series four and five homes are open. Series four homes range from 1,913 to 2,616 square feet and are priced from $309,990 to $349,990. Series five homes range from 2,768 to 3,448 square feet and are priced from $404,990 to $459,990.

Homes from series one, two and three are in presales. Series one homes will measure from 1,580 to 1,890 square feet with prices from $207,990 to $223,990. Series two homes will measure from 1,520 to 1,881 square feet with prices from $224,990 to $244,990. Series three homes will measure from 1,881 to 2,665 square feet with prices from $259,990 to $319,990.

The community is being built around Silverstone Golf Club, a 27-hole course featuring three nines. Amenities will include a 34,000-square-foot clubhouse with dining and banquet opportunities. Home buyers will receive speical privileges, a company official said.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, go east and proceed to Grand Teton Drive, then head east to Buffalo Drive and head north, following the signs. It is open from noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
