Richmond's Canyon approaches closeout

Richmond American Homes' single-story Mystic Canyon neighborhood in the northwestern valley is approaching buildout.

Three homes, two of which are modeled, are offered on lots large enough to accommodate a pool.

The three-bedroom Arlington starts at 2,387 square feet and can be expanded to as much as 2,602 square feet by adding an optional casita or home office. An optional master retreat is available. It is priced from the low $220,000s.

The Barnegat measures from 2,440 to 3,041 square feet, offering an optional fifth bedroom or home theater, and room extensions in the formal living room, dining room, family room and kitchen nook. It is priced from the $230,000s.

Also priced from the $230,000s is the Huntington. This plan measures from 2,659 to 3,263 square feet with options for extra bedrooms or home theaters. A detached casita also is available.

Home amenities include raised-panel interior doors, wide baseboards, oak cabinets with concealed hinges and crown molding, upgraded appliances, three-car garages and front-yard landscaping.

Courtyards can be added.

A design center is available for buyers to select options and personalize their homes.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway and exit east to Interstate 215. Take the freeway to Jones Boulevard, go north to Elkhorn Road, head east and follow the signs.

The builder offers 25 active neighborhoods throughout the valley. Homes prices start at $90,000.
