Woodside unveils Park Paseo

Woodside Homes recently announced the opening of Park Paseo, a gated neighborhood within the Villages at Southern Highlands in the southwestern valley.

It is set to follow the success of the builder's nearby Grande Premier neighborhood, which is nearing closeout with only three homes remaining.

"We are committed to building spectacular homes in the best locations, and that is why you will find a Woodside home in the best master-planned communities, such as the Villages at Southern Highlands," project manager Vicky Crichton said.

Buyers can choose from three single-story floor plans at the new neighborhood.

Plan 5010, measuring 2,361 square feet and priced from $269,990, features four bedrooms, two baths, a den and three-car garage. Options include a fifth bedroom and an additional bathroom.

Measuring 2,536 square feet, Plan 5020 offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a den and casita. Options include a fourth bedroom and an extra bath. It is priced from $283,990.

Plan 5030, measuring 2,553 square feet, features three bedrooms, a den and 2 1/2 baths. Options include a dual master bedroom and additional baths. It is priced from $285,990.

Interior highlights include ceramic-tile entry flooring, fireplaces, raised-panel doors with brass-lever handles, oak cabinetry, upgraded appliances, pantries, granite counter tops, and cultured-marble surrounds for showers and tubs, as well as separate showers and sit-down vanities in master baths.

All homes carry the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label, certifying they are at least 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes.

Additional energy-saving options are available, including increased insulation in walls and ceilings, dual-glazed low-emissive windows and patio doors, and dual-zoned digital programmable thermostats.

Exterior amenities in the Mediterranean-style homes include covered patios, concrete-tile roofing, block walls and 8-foot entry doors.

Select plans offer courtyard entries.

The Villages at Southern Highlands features more than 20 neighborhoods, and homes priced from the $140,000s to the $400,000s.
