Turnberry's amenities touted
Residences in the final tower at Turnberry Place are selling at a brisk pace as buyers realize this is the last chance to purchase a home at the luxury high-rise condominium development, sales executive John Riordan said. "The response to the Turnberry lifestyle has been unprecedented," Riordan said. "We came to Las Vegas five years ago with a completely new residential product for this market, and today we are preparing to begin construction on our fourth and final tower. The demand for a low-maintenance, high-rise lifestyle speaks volumes for the growth and progress of this city." Residences feature Italian marble baths with spa tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Gaggenau appliances, and wraparound glass balconies. Ten floor plans are priced from $530,000 to more than $5.9 million. The guard-gated development offers myriad amenities and services. All residents are members of Stirling Club, an 80,000-square-foot private club at the 15-acre community. The club features a spa, fitness center with a virtual reality system, Pilates studio, beauty salon, saunas, steam baths, indoor and outdoor pools, a nightclub, piano lounge, clay tennis courts, and casual and fine dining. Limousine, valet and concierge services are provided. The $700 million development on Paradise Road will feature four 40-story towers. Two towers are complete, while a third is set to open this spring. Construction on the fourth tower is slated to begin later this year, with completion set for 2006. Riordan said construction is 1 1/2 years ahead of schedule. Turnberry Associates is the developer. Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model that simulates the view from the 27th floor of two towers in the sales pavilion located at 2777 Paradise Road. It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
