Las Vegas-based Nevada West Development is offering its Live Free for a Year promotion at three of its condominium projects, Coronado Palms, The Enclaves and Adagio. Regional sales manager Ron Smith said the offer includes no money down, no payments for a year and no homeowners association dues for a year. The program was developed to address the rising home costs in the Las Vegas market, Smith said.
