Lennar has three floor plans left at Lamplight Square in Seven Hills

Lennar has only three two-story home floor plans left at Lamplight Square community in Seven Hills, a Henderson master-planned community, according to sales agent Renee Brandes.

The 1,936-square-foot Washington floor plan offers four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. Upgrades include cherry cabinetry with a rich plumb finish, stainless steel appliances, slab granite countertops and upgraded flooring. This home will be completed for May move-in, and is priced in the low $400,000s, Brandes said.

The two-story Washington residence offers a covered porch entry. The main floor is an open, great-room design with a living area and kitchen with counter seating, work island, pantry and informal dining room. The main floor also includes a full bedroom and bath and laundry.

The home's second floor includes the master suite, two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. A bonus room is also featured.

The master suite offers a sitting area and walk-in wardrobe. The master bath includes dual sinks, oval garden tub and separate glass-enclosed shower.

"Another thing I really enjoy about this particular floor plan is the location of the staircase. It is neatly tucked out of view at the back of the home. That leaves the main floor living space open and uncluttered. You don't walk in the front door to be greeted immediately by stairs," Brandes said.

The two remaining homes are the Harvard with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,996 square feet; and the Madison with 2,251 square feet, four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
