D.R. Horton brings Quintessence to Lynbrook
D.R. Horton, the newest builder at Lynbrook in the northwestern valley, recently opened a sales office for its Quintessence neighborhood. Models will be available off-site by the end of the month. Homes at the single-story neighborhood range from 2,300 to 3,000 square feet, are priced from $199,990, and surround one of the community's four parks. "Quintessence is an entirely single-story community, and therefore maximizes the privacy of each home site as well as preserves the views of the mountains, which is a defining aspect of the Lynbrook master plan," Jeff Ward, director of sales and marketing for the builder, said. "Quintessence also features the largest home sites in Lynbrook. ..." The standard lot size at the neighborhood is more than 10,000 square feet, with some home sites measuring one-half acre. Each home offers a kitchen with breakfast nook, living and dining areas, and a three-car garage. They also have ceramic-tile entries; prewiring for cable TV, telephone and ceiling fans; front-yard landscaping packages; and finished garages. Interiors feature light fixtures in all bedrooms, raised-panel doors, separate tubs and showers in owner bedrooms, plant shelves niches, appliances, and optional bay windows. Measuring 2,300 square feet, the 2300 MP floor plan includes four bedrooms, an optional den, two baths, and an owner bedroom with two walk-in closets. The 2300 Classic plan also measures 2,300 square feet and has four bedrooms, three baths, and an optional second suite. Also offering an optional second owner bedroom is Plan 2550. The 2,550-square-foot home has four or five bedrooms, three baths, and a great room. Plan 2750 includes four bedrooms, three baths, an optional den, and a family room in 2,750 square feet. The largest plan with 3,000 square feet, Plan 3000, offers four bedrooms, three baths, a covered porch, an island kitchen, an owner suite with a retreat and optional three-sided fireplace, and an optional covered patio. Lynbrook is comprised of ten neighborhoods offering more than 1,200 homes priced from the $110,000s. The homes range from 1,024 to 4,000 square feet and are on home sites measuring from 4,500 to 20,000 square feet. Other builders are American Premiere Homes and Development, Beazer Homes, Desert Wind Homes, Developers of Nevada, John Laing Homes, Kimball Hill Homes, Pulte Homes, RL Homes and Southwest Homes. Community amenities include gated entries, tree-lined and curved streets, ponds, brooks, waterfalls and fountains. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Jones Boulevard, then go north to Farm Road and follow the signs. The sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
