Eden Ridge features one-story homes

Pulte Homes' Eden Ridge, an all-single-story neighborhood in the guard-gated Willow Creek village in Summerlin, offers home sites measuring three-quarters of an acre.

"Eden Ridge is extremely popular because its an all single-story luxury community that includes a very high-level of included features, as well as the flexibility Pulte offers in terms of allowing customization of the homes," Joe Whatley, vice president of sales and marketing, said.

Three floor plans are available, ranging from 3,087 to 3,890 square feet.

Prices start at $410,990.

The home designs can incorporate courtyards, patio fireplaces, five-car garages, casitas and cabanas.

The interiors contain 5-inch baseboards, cabinets and sinks in laundry rooms, 8-foot raised-panel doors and ceramic-tile entries.

The homes also include networking systems, which provides high-speed wiring throughout and an increased number of telephone and cable outlets and video inputs.

The kitchens offer cabinets with concealed hinges and adjustable shelves, self-cleaning ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, and gas cook tops with five burners.

Other highlights include covered patios, security systems, front-yard landscaping, and finished garages with cabinets and openers.

In addition, each home's construction has met the Engineered for Life Platinum Series designation for energy-efficiency features, which decreases each home's energy consumption rate, according to the builder.

Neighborhood amenities include a park with basketball and tennis courts, a picnic area, barbecues, a playground and trails.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue to Town Center Drive, turn left and proceed to Havenwood Lane. The models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Monday, when they open at noon.
