Red hills features gated entrance, on-site facilities

The Red Hills condominium development in Summerlin is attracting home buyers who seek a guard-gated entrance and recreational amenities, according to Dale Baylen, director of sales.

Constructed by TSG Inc. in The Pueblo village, the complex offers six garden and penthouse floor plans, ranging from 1,217 to 1,591 square feet with as many as three bedrooms and two baths. Each condo has an attached garage with direct-home access.

Prices start in the mid-$120,000s.

"Home buyers are choosing Summerlin because of the all-around benefits the community offers including its wide range of recreational and cultural amenities," Baylen said.

"Red Hills enhances that image by offering residents the benefit of their own recreational facilities inside their own private neighborhood. Homeowners have exclusive use of a designer swimming pool and spa with spacious shade structures, a Spanish-tile sunbathing deck, a well-equipped community clubhouse, a state-of-the-art fitness center and much more."

Baylen said the homes' designs also impress buyers.

"The interiors have a unique look, with such upscale features as 9-foot ceilings, granite-hearth fireplaces, granite kitchen counter tops, cultured-marble Roman tub surrounds and vanities, and ceramic-tile flooring," he said.

"Also included at no extra cost are window coverings throughout and a generous appliance package complete with a built-in microwave oven, a refrigerator and full-size washer and dryer. With all of the included features, it's a near turn-key situation."

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Rampart Boulevard, go north to Vegas Drive and turn right, and then turn left into the complex. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
