Pardee debuts new model at Seven Hills

This weekend, Pardee Homes is celebrating the opening of a new two-story model home at its Renaissance neighborhood in the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

The new Bramante model features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, an owner suite, a second-floor bonus room or optional fifth bedroom, and a first-floor guest room with a full bath or optional tandem garage. The home can accommodate as many as seven bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths in 4,686 square feet.

The floor plan features a double-door entry, a formal living room with a fireplace and staircase, and a family room. Its island kitchen has a four-burner cook top, walk-in pantry, and double sink.

Pardee is also building the Crescendo neighborhood in the community.

Other neighborhoods are: Capistrano, Palermo West and Naples by Kimball Hill Homes; Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home; Meridiana by Trident Homes; the Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes is planned.

Developed by Silver Canyon Partnership, the community offers dozens of model homes and more than 45 floor plans priced from the $130,000s. Custom sites are priced from about $180,000 to more than $1 million.

The Italian-style community is highlighted by such classical design elements as columns, fountains, vaulted entrances, balconies, arched windows, capstones and gabled roof lines.

More than one-third of the community's 1,300 acres has been allocated for open spaces and parks with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, and playgrounds.

To visit the sales pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of the Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
