Anthem Country Club lifestyle called `exclusive'

Anthem Country Club's amenities have drawn many home buyers to the golf course community in Henderson, according to sales and marketing executive Robert Shiels.

"Our golf course, superb restaurants, clubhouse, salon, fitness center and member activities are designed to facilitate a healthy and superior lifestyle for our members," he said.

"Anthem Country Club offers an exclusive country club lifestyle that satisfies the demands of various home buyers from families and new-home buyers to empty nesters and those wishing to build the home of their dreams on one of our custom-home sites."

Custom-home sites with views of the golf course, city and mountains were recently released in the Alvamar neighborhood. These lots are priced from $150,000 to $700,000 and measure from one-half acre to three quarters of an acre. A limited number of custom lots are priced in excess of $1 million.

Four series of homes offer a combined 20 floor plans, ranging from 1,281 to 5,800 square feet. Homes are priced from the $190,000s to more than $1 million.

Anthem Country Club is a guard-gated community, comprised of gated neighborhoods. About 1,600 homes will be featured at buildout. Its Keith Foster/Hale Irwin-designed golf course features as many as five tee boxes on most holes.

The clubhouse offers casual and fine dining, a golf shop, meeting room, and locker rooms with lounges. Its dˇcor includes a generous use of copper, bronze, woods, stone and fireplaces.

Another highlight of the community is its athletic club, which features exercise equipment and offers such activities as aerobics, swimming, basketball, sand volleyball and tennis. Also available is a full-service salon.

To visit, take Interstate 215 east to Eastern Avenue then head south about three miles south past St. Rose Parkway. The sales office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
