Manufactured housing group recognizes Henderson exec


n Ron Richardson, president of Ballerina Enterprises of Henderson, has received the Manufactured Housing Industry Leadership Recognition Award for his long-term promotion of manufactured housing rental communities. Richardson serves on the board of directors of Nevada Manufactured Housing and is also a delegate to the Manufactured Housing Institute.

n Sherri O'Boyle has been named director of sales and marketing for Intrawest Corp.'s newest development, MonteLago Village at Lake Las Vegas Resort. Previously, O'Boyle served as vice president of marketing for Lake Las Vegas Resort.

n Alan Pinkerton has been appointed environmental division manager for the Clark County Comprehensive Planning Department. Since 1982, Pinkerton worked with the U.S. Forest Service, most recently in the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forests.

n Galaxy 7, a Jacobson Group Co., has appointed Bob Jacobson executive vice president in charge of acquisition and disposition of raw land.

n Parsons Brothers Rock Retaining Walls has named Rosalie Gladwin of the RG Group as its marketing and business development representative in the Las Vegas area.

n CB Richard Ellis' Brad Myers represented TW/BRP Plazas in three lease transactions, collectively valued at more than $284,000: Shelly Berkley will occupy 2,116 square feet for a two-year term and Art Associates will occupy 1,239 square feet for a one-year term, both at 2330-2340 Paseo Del Prado, while 101 Communications will occupy 2,788 square feet for a four-year term at 2800 W. Sahara Ave. In another transaction, Myers represented WXI/MCN Commercial Real Estate in its five-year lease of 818 square feet at 1771 E. Flamingo Road, Suite 214-B, to Dale Forsythe for $90,700. Darren Lemmon and Randy Broadhead represented MICOA in the two-year lease of 2,483 square feet at 3980 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 360, to Relera for $160,000. Broadhead and Kevin Higgins represented DP Operating Partnership in its three-year lease of 6,250 square feet at 4508 Mitchell St. to A Storage on Wheels for $105,000.

n Lee and Associates' David Flynn and Chuck Witters represented AIQ/Northwest 2000 in its three-year lease of 5,235 square feet at 5052 S. Jones Blvd. to eSports Entertainment, represented by Darren Lemmon of CB Richard Ellis, for $315,000. Flynn and Witters also represented Countrywide Home Loans in its five-year lease of 5,541 square feet at 7251 Amigo St. to McCarran Center, represented by Mark Bouchard of the Thomas and Mack Co., for $633,644.

n Paul Sweetland of Sweetland Industrial Realty represented A-1 Express Delivery Service in its four-year lease of 5,940 square feet at 5570 Wynn Road, Suite 300, to Wynn Road East Business Center, represented by Spencer Pinter of Colliers International, for $173,424. In another transaction, Jake M. Waggoner and E.J. Paul Sweetland represented both parties in John Abercrombie's two-year lease of 3,645 square feet at 5665 S. Valley View Blvd., Unit A, to The Hills Cos. for $70,452. E. John Sweetland represented Mr. and Mrs. Victor M. Brooks in the three-year lease of 7,200 square feet at 6455-G Industrial Road to Mega Micro Technologies for $159,204. Sweetland also represented both parties in Charles A. and Shirley A. Dan Doherty represented Kryfam Limited Partnership in its sale of 8,384 square feet at 3131 Builders Ave. to David M. Campos for $625,000. Lizz Schafer and Tom Stilley represented The Howard Hughes Corp. in its five-year lease of 3,611 square feet at 3993 Howard Hughes Parkway to St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. for $525,183.
