Hometouch consolidates search for home

Hometouch, a mall-based real estate company, allows home buyers to access thousands of available homes throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

From one of the company's shopping mall showrooms, buyers can access a listing service featuring more than 30,000 resale homes, for-sale-by-owner offers, and neighborhoods under construction.

"Hometouch makes looking for your next home fun, easy and efficient," said Bob Mangold, regional president for the company's Las Vegas and Phoenix operations. "See us first, and you won't have to go anywhere else."

Company representatives work with buyers exclusively, and do not work on commission.

Hometouch also helps its clients obtain mortgages, home inspections, and upgrades and repairs through pre-screened home improvement specialists and licensed contractors, according to Mangold.

The Galleria at Sunset Mall office is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily except Sunday, when it is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

At the Meadows mall, office hours are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
