Saddle Peak offers spring occupancy
As much as $3,000 in incentives is available to buyers of select homes ready for spring move-in at Saddle Peak, a gated neighborhood in Pardee Homes' Nevada Trails community in the southwestern valley. "These luxury homes are just at the point in construction where buyers can still choose such items as the upgraded flooring, which is one incentive option we're offering," said Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales. In addition, some buyers will be offered reduced interest rates on the purchase of certain homes. All three floor plans are single-story, and range from 2,565 to 3,025 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. Prices start from $249,950 to $270,450. Features include courtyard entries and kitchens with preparation islands. Covered patios, sun rooms, home office packages and secondary owner suites are optional. Homes are also available in the Silver Tree and Manzanita neighborhoods in Nevada Trails. All homes feature the ComfortWise designation and the Environment Protection Agency's Energy Star seal. "With rising energy costs, our buyers are also very interested in the energy-saving features that are standard throughout the community," Landry said. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right. The sales office and model park are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m. Pardee Homes has been building homes and communities in Southern Nevada for 50 years.
