Pulte offers `grand opening' prices at Sunset Ridge

Pulte Homes' Sunset Ridge neighborhood, located in Summerlin's Ridgebrook village, is offering three floor plans at "grand opening" prices, according to the builder.

The single-story homes feature the same designs as the builder's sold-out Autumn Ridge neighborhood.

Under the current special, prices range from $185,990 to $209,990 and courtyards are available.

Two of the floor plans measure 1,881 square feet and 1,653 square feet, while a 1,695-square-foot plan is located on a site adjacent to the neighborhood's park and provides views.

All homes are built using Pulte's Platinum Series Environments for Living technology, which provides a two-year heating and cooling guarantee. The homes have also earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star seal for energy efficiency.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive, head north to Desert Inn Road, then go west over the interstate and follow the signs.

The sales office and model home complex are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

Pulte Homes is currently developing 12 neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley.
