Spanish, Italian designs highlight Seven Hills
Homes and neighborhoods within the Seven Hills community in Henderson incorporate an architectural style that harmonizes with the community's Italian Renaissance and Spanish Eclectic themes, according to Dan Naef, vice president of community development. "Classical architectural themes are incorporated throughout Seven Hills, most visibly in our sales and information pavilion and in the neighborhood entries, which are variously accented by such features as columns, arches and fountains," Naef said. "Many of the home exteriors also exhibit fresh adaptations of classical design elements, with features like vaulted entrances, spacious front and rear balconies, arched windows, capstones, and gabled roof lines. It is a community with a design that is truly unique among others in the Las Vegas Valley." A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, the 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes, including an estimated 300 custom homes; 25 neighborhoods; landscaped open space; and miles of trails and walkways. Four city parks, which are designed to complement the area's desert terrain, offer basketball, volleyball and tennis courts; picnic shelters; soccer and baseball fields; and playground equipment. Dozens of model homes and more than 45 floor plans are available, priced from the $140,000s to about $350,000. Also available are custom-home sites that are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance and Crescendo by Pardee Homes, Naples by Kimball Hill Homes, Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home, Meridiana by Trident Homes, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes. Custom-home sites are available in Silver Canyon Partnership's Venezia and Terracina neighborhoods and Nevastar Investment Corp.'s Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites. Information can be obtained in the community's sales pavilion, which is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is about one-half mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection.
