Luxury built-in at Turnberry Place

Turnberry Place offers its buyers luxury living with little maintenance in a high-rise setting. Residents may access such amenities as valet parking, concierge service, limousine service, room service and 24-hour security at the complex, which is just east of the Strip.

The centerpiece of the community's four 40-story towers is the private Stirling Club. The club features casual and formal dining, a lounge with piano bar, nightclub, billiards room, wine and cigar room, business center, and library.

A 30,000-square-foot Vinotherapie spa includes a virtual reality system, beauty salon, spas, saunas, steam baths, a Pilates studio, indoor pools, an outdoor pool with cabanas and a bar, and fitness center.

All residents are club members. Nonresidents can become club members as well.

"Owning a residence at Turnberry Place suits many of our buyers who are frequent travelers," John Riordan, vice president of sales, said. "The location is perfect for those who want to invest in a low-maintenance lifestyle and a residence that they can live in part of the year or year-round."

More than 395 residences have been sold. Homes are available in the second and third towers and offer Strip and mountain views. The second tower was recently topped off and completion is slated for May.

Ten floor plans are available, measuring from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet and priced from $500,000 to more than $5.25 million.

Each home features marble spa tubs, granite-topped kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Gagganau appliances, and private wrap-around glass balconies.

The services of an on-site interior design firm are available.

Visitors to the community's sales pavilion can tour a 2,825-square-foot model that simulates the view from the 27th floor of the first two towers. The sales office is located at 2777 Paradise Road, which is north of Desert Inn Road.
