Builder's Prominence neighborhood sells in Aliante master plan
Only a few homes remain available at Astoria Home's Prominence, one of two of the builder's new neighborhoods located in the Aliante master-planned community, in the northern portion of the valley.
Some models are ready for move-in within 30 days, according to sales agent Kim Hunt.

"The pricing of our homes is excellent and interest rates are at an all time low," Hunt said. "We are urging interested buyers to act quickly though, as we expect to be completely sold out within a very short time frame."
Hunt said the location of Aliante is becoming more attractive to home buyers as development progresses.
"There are many people relocating to this area now that there are so many companies with offices nearby," she said. "We've had a lot of buyers moving to our community because they love the amenities of Aliante and its convenience to where they work."
According to Hunt, the available homes at Prominence overlook the community's trail system.
Residence 164, measuring 3,264 square feet with four bedrooms, a bonus room, loft, 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage is available. The master suite is situated at the main level.
Residence 227 is a 4,153-square-foot, five-bedroom home with 4 1/2 baths, bonus room and split three-car garage. It includes a retreat off the master suite and a dual staircase. This model is also available. A total of nine floor plans, ranging from 2,830 to 4,449 square feet are available at Prominence. Prices start from the upper $400,000s.
The Fields neighborhood is offering a number of completed homes ready for move-in, and certain models ready for move-in within 30 days, according to sales agent René Oubre.
Oubre said three of the available homes are located along the Aliante trail system, which connects the neighborhood to the bordering Aviary Park, one of three city parks within the community. They include two Residence 767 models and a Residence 711. All are two-story designs.
Residence 767 measures 3,176 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room and two-car garage.
Residence 711 offers five bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a bonus room and a two-car garage. It measures 2,392 square feet.
Fields offers a total of seven floor plans, ranging from 2,228 to 3,374 square feet. Prices start from the upper $300,000s.
