Plan 3431 in Rhodes Ranch's The Collection neighborhood in the southwest master-planned community Rhodes Ranch has proved to be popular for its open floor plan, according to Taylor Zink, sales agent.
"This plan really takes into account how people are living these days," Zink said. "From the large kitchen overlooking the family room to the spacious loft, this model encompasses much of what buyers are looking for in a new home."

The 3,431-square-foot, two-story design includes five bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, loft and three-car tandem garage.

The floor plan is part of the Rembrandt series which also features Plan 3021.
The two-story, 3,021-square-foot design includes three bedrooms, three baths, den, loft and two-car garage.

Standard features include beech cabinetry; raised-panel interior doors; 6 1/2-inch baseboards; ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths; Decora rocker switches; ceiling fan and/or light prewiring in the family room, bedrooms and lofts; and a fireplace in family room.
The homes are Energy Star-rated and include aluminum framed low-e windows, a 50 gallon gas water heater, 13-SEER air conditioning units and digital thermostats.
The Collection offers three additional series in The Monet, Matisse and Van Gogh, each with accompanying models, designs and amenities.
The 14 single-, two- and three-story home designs range from 1,467 to 4,138 square feet and are priced to start in the $300,000s.
Rhodes Ranch has opened a 35,000-square-foot recreation center.
The R-Club offers an indoor workout facility with weights and cardiovascular equipment, a full length basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts, and six billiards tables.
In addition, the facility includes social areas with three fireplace centers.
An outdoor water park -- the Fun Zone -- is slated to open in the spring.
