MacDonald Highlands' lots eclectic

MacDonald Highlands is built around the DragonRidge Country Club, a private golf course. Membership is limited, however the course is open to the public until membership capacity is reached. The community has 10 custom-home neighborhoods under development offering home sites with varied topography and views. Buyers can choose from flat to hillside elevations with views of the golf course, mountains or city. Lots range from one-quarter acre to more than 4 acres.

Prices start at $191,000 to more than $3.5 million.
