Sun City Aliante releases new units
Del Webb Corp. begins sales this weekend at two new locations in Sun City Aliante, units three and four. Fifteen lots will be released in each unit. "There has been a lot of interest building for these two units, and the moment has finally arrived," sales manager Lorraine Roberts said. "We have some amazing opportunities, with many of the sites having no premium." The Cypress Collection, featured in unit four, offers two floor plans measuring 1,576 and 1,716 square feet. Unit three features the Wildflower collection, including models with two or three bedrooms, measuring from 1,155 to 1,424 square feet. The homes offer front- and rear-yard landscaping. The Laurel plan has a casita option. "Many people have been waiting for the sites with a north-south orientation. Our models are close to completion, but we are still offering preopening prices to buyers," Roberts said. Located in North Las Vegas, Sun City Aliante is the age-qualified component of the Aliante master-planned community. It is built around an 18-hole, 6,900-yard, par-72 municipal golf course. Other planned amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, clubs, and tennis and bocce courts. The presales center is open at 7891 Tropical Parkway, Suite 120, in the Centennial Marketplace at U.S. Highway 95 and Centennial Parkway. Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aliante will include a variety of amenities for all ages.
