Couple start married life at Esprit

Tara and Tim Upchurch are happy with their decision to move into a second-floor condominium at Esprit at Stonegate. Recently married, the couple's three-bedroom, two-bath unit at the southeastern valley complex suits their needs.

"My mom saw an ad for Esprit in the newspaper, and we came right over to see it," Tara Upchurch said. "It doesn't look like an apartment at all, and we love the quiet and especially the fireplace.

"We've seen a lot of places and we looked everywhere -- Green Valley, Henderson, Summerlin and up north. We looked at new and resale, and this really caught us."

The couple were impressed by the complex's gated entry and landscaping.

"Look at it, it looks like a little forest out there," said Tim Upchurch, who works for a security firm.

They said they also appreciated the customer service they have received.

"Whenever we've had a complaint, they've taken care of it immediately," he said. "This has been the best thing in my life. I have a new house and a beautiful wife."

Offering two bedrooms and two baths are the 960-square-foot Spirit and 970-square-foot Aurora designs, priced at $99,900 and $101,900, respectively. The 1,200-square-foot Eclipse model, offering three bedrooms and two baths, is priced from $123,900.

Features include a balcony or patio adjacent to a utility room with a water heater and hookups for a washer and dryer; round windows; arched, divided-light windows; and fans in dining rooms.

Second-floor units have fireplaces and skylights in the master suite. Select plans offer kitchen greenhouse windows.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Boulder Highway exit, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive and head east, past Nellis Boulevard. Turn north at Juniper Hills Boulevard and follow the signs.
