-- Erika Geiser, vice president of marketing for Christopher Homes, was named regional Marketing Director of the Year at the 2004 National Sales and Marketing Awards. The award recognizes outstanding achievements in developing and implementing overall sales and marketing policies. Geiser is responsible for all of Christopher's marketing functions, including strategic planning, market research, product development, advertising, events, merchandising and sales office design.

-- Jason May has joined Geotechnical & Environmental Services as an engineering field technician. May performs field-testing and inspections on construction materials such as soil, concrete and asphalt. Previously, May performed field and lab work at Rinker Materials.

-- David Fordham of Re/Max Aadvantage represented both parties in NANHO's sale of 14,257 square feet at 3838 Raymert Drive to the Larsen Family Trust for $933,261.

-- Xavier Wasiak and Kimberly Friedman of Grubb & Ellis represented Zacharia Lichenstein in the three-year lease of 4,420 square feet at 1731 S. Mojave Road to American Engine Installations, represented by Larry Watson, for $103,689. In another transaction, Marjie Christensen and Bill Hogan represented Vegan Properties in its three-year, eight-month lease of 7,075 square feet at 1850 E. Flamingo Road, Suites 109 and 111, to Parsons Infrastructure and Technology, represented by Michael White, for $555,670. Christensen and Linda Wischmeyer represented Vegan Properties in the three-year lease of 3,790 square feet at 1850 E. Flamingo Road, Suite 201, to ADP, represented by Diana Altschuler, for $379,752.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Bill Dunbar represented Bank of America in a 20-year lease of 50,000 square feet at the northeast corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Warm Springs Road from Rainsprings for $2.5 million. In another transaction, Dunbar represented Trail Gate in the sale of 1.21 acres at 9691 Trailwood Drive to International House of Pancakes for $1.1 million. Dunbar also represented American Nevada Co. in a 10-year lease of 5,950 square feet at 2225 Village Walk Drive to Fidelity Brokerage Services for $2.2 million. Dunbar and Jeanene Maxson represented Kirkorian Enterprises in a 10-year lease of 4,200 square feet at 9340 W. Flamingo Road to Radichi Salon for $1.2 million. Randy Broadhead and Brad Peterson represented State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. in its sale of a 13,138-square-foot office at 3210 E. Tropicana Ave. to William Ruch for $2 million.

-- Coldwell Banker Commercial's E. Thomas Naseef and Sam Scaletta represented RKC Corp. in its 60-month lease of 20,900 square feet at 3760 S. Pecos Road, Suite 107, to Novum Pharmaceutical Research, represented by Randy Broadhead of CB Richard Ellis, for $1.5 million. In another transaction, Brad Benz represented Spanish Oaks Plaza in its 36-month lease of 1,050 square feet at 3150 W. Sahara Ave., Suite B-12, to 1st 2nd Mortgage Co. of New Jersey for $62,370. E. Thomas Naseef and Benz represented Imperial Capital Bank in its sale of 8,525 square feet at 5820 S. Pecos Road to Boulder City Properties for $1.3 million. Sandra Naseef represented YM in its sale of 6,080 square feet at 8680 Spring Mountain Road to Business Credit Services, represented by Buzz Horden of Vegas Commercial, for $1 million. Sandra Naseef and Ed Bassford represented South Pointe Plaza in two lease transactions at the southeast corner of Eastern Avenue and Coronado Road in Henderson: 63 months for 1,145 square feet in Suite 4F to US Auto Title Loan for $144,270, and 60 months for 1,500 square feet to Jacobi's Couture, represented by Giano Buonaguro of Massone Realty, in Suite 4H for $215,100. Gary Banner represented Union Properties in its sale of a 16-unit apartment building at 2670 Van Patten St. to Equity Preservation, represented by Roulla Carabas of Liberty Realty, for $720,000. Jim Lopes represented Nuri Mohsenin in the purchase of 19,793 square feet at 3280 E. Tropicana Ave. from Tropeco Plaza, represented by Mike Fukushhim and Frank Graham of Total Investment Real Estate Brokers, for $2.8 million.

-- Colliers International's David Afromsky and Jason Paradis represented A Country Rose Florist in its 62-month lease of 1,200 square feet at 270 Horizon Drive, Suite 101, in Henderson, to Byron and Shad Williams for $103,563. Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented S.T.W.M.S. in its 39-month lease of 5,720 square feet at 7665 Commercial Way, Suite F, in Henderson, to Hunter Co., represented by Pinter, for $171,936. Tom Stilley, Lizz Schafer and Taber Thill represented Flagship Construction Co. in its 36-month lease of 5,000 square feet at 4052 Industrial Road from Centerpoint, represented by Paul Maffrey of Tiberti Management Co., for $202,463. Joe North and Jeff Boughrom represented Edmond Town Center in its 10-year lease of 1,872 square feet at 1061 W. Owens Ave. to Wells Fargo Bank, represented by Todd Boyer of ROI Commercial, for $363,310. David Grant and Scot Marker represented Mesa Investments in its purchase of 33,105 square feet at the northeast corner of West Tropicana Avenue and Tee Pee Lane from Dominus MB for $540,000. Scott Gragson, John Kilpatrick and Robert Torres represented Friends of GKT/Gragson-Cactus II in its sale of 6.68 acres at the northeast corner of Sunset Road and Rogers Street to LaPour D.C. One for $1.83 million.
