Custom lots remain in Seven Hills

The Seven Hills community in Henderson has a variety of custom lots available, including many with views, according to Beth Naef, executive sales manager for custom-home sites.

"Our estate-home sites are spacious and located in a variety of appealing settings," Naef said. "Buyers will find everything from wonderful golf course and fairway canyon views to spectacular city light and mountain vistas -- all set in a quiet, natural desert landscape."

Developer Silver Canyon Partnership recently assembled the final 20 lots. All of them are located within guard-gated neighborhoods that feature amenities such as a private view park, a private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Custom lots are priced from the $200,000s to more $1 million, and more than 200 have been sold.

Seven Hills features four city parks, as well as several smaller neighborhood parks.

To reach the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
