Pulte schedules open houses in Summerlin
Pulte Homes is offering quick move-ins for four homes within two of its Summerlin neighborhoods. Open houses are scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and Sunday at both Summerfield and Hillstone. A drawing for a gift certificate to a nearby restaurant is being offered to those who visit all four homes. Summerfield's last model home is available immediately. The 1,583-square-foot home has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a finished two-car garage. Additional features include exterior stone; landscaped front and back yards; and a decorative concrete driveway, walkway and patio. The home is priced at $356,924. Hillstone, which features only single-story designs, has two models and one inventory home set for spring occupancy. Each has a 2 1/2-car garage. A 1,520-square-foot plan has two bedrooms, two baths and a den; it is priced at $409,884. A 1,662-square-foot plan features three bedrooms and two baths; it is priced at $429,763. A 1,881-square-foot plan has three bedrooms and two baths; it is priced at $414,213. Both neighborhoods are located in The Vistas village, which includes walking trails, parks and golf courses. All homes exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements for energy efficiency and feature the builder's Environments for Living technology and a three-year heating and cooling energy-use guarantee. To visit Summerfield, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, go west to Carriage Hill Drive and turn left. Turn left on Park Vista Drive and follow the signs. To visit Hillstone, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue and head west. Turn left on Carriage Hill Drive, and then right on Vista Run Drive. Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon. The builder has 20 new-home subdivisions in the valley including Escala, Miramonte and Paradiso in Summerlin; Silverstone Ranch and Wyeth Ranch in the northwestern valley; Serenata and Vialetto in the Aliante master plan in North Las Vegas; and Anthem Highlands in the Anthem master plan in Henderson. Its Del Webb brand is a leading builder of age-qualified communities. It also operates a mortgage division.
