Sales begin at Richmond's Meridian Hills

Presales begin today at Richmond American Homes' Meridian Hills neighborhood in North Las Vegas.

"Meridian Hills has already generated a great deal of interest because of its competitive prices, quality homes and innovative architecture. I would encourage buyers to act fast if they are interested in this community because we have reason to believe the homes will sell very rapidly," sales manager Nicole Moore said.

"With one- and two-story offerings, the designs incorporate country charm with a southwestern flair that will create a stunning neighborhood when construction is complete. All of the exteriors have attractive front porches."

Three floor plans are priced from the $200,000s.

The single-story Southhampton model measures 1,609 square feet. It has three bedrooms, two baths, a family room, dining and living rooms, and a kitchen nook. A covered patio is optional.

Nantucket is a two-story design with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Measuring 1,853 square feet, the home also features a walk-in closet in the master suite and an optional master retreat.

At 2,026 square feet, the Manchester is the largest design. It has four bedrooms, three baths, a family room, living and dining rooms, a kitchen nook and a two-car garage. Two walk-in closets highlight the master bedroom; a balcony is optional.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go west to Martin Luther King Boulevard and turn south. Proceed to Alexander Road and go west.

The builder offers one- and two-story designs in 19 subdivisions throughout the valley. Prices start from the $90,000s to the $300,000s.

Models and sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday and Friday, when they open at noon.
